Getting to Culham Science Centre, OX14 3DB
During this period the railway will be closed between Oxford and Didcot Parkway to enable Network Rail to carry out flood prevention work in the Hinksey area. In addition from 30 July to 7 August, the railway will be closed between Oxford and Banbury for re-signally work

Culham Science Centre is a short walk from Culham Station, which is served by First Great Western trains between London Paddington and Banbury and local trains between Didcot and Oxford.
Facilities at Culham Station include secure cycle parking and a WebCIS (customer information system) giving visual real-time train information to both platforms.

For added convenience, taxis can usually be found outside the concourse at Didcot Parkway but please be aware that there is no taxi stand at Culham. Add PLUSBUS to your train ticket for unlimited bus travel around town, at the start, finish, or both ends of your train journey.
Travellers from Banbury -A direct coach will be available from Banbury departing 0720 to Culham arrive 0815 on Monday to Friday 1-5 August (departs Culham 1700 to arrive Banbury at 1755). GWR have negotiated with Thames Travel to keep the T2 service going throughout this disruption. After that time, the T2 service will be withdrawn.

Culham Science Centre is on the 114/T2 bus routes serving Oxford - Wallingford - Berinsfield – Abingdon and operated by Thames Travel.

Cyclists are encouraged to use the cyclepath which runs along the A415 between Culham village, past Culham Science Centre and on to Berinsfield.

Culham Science Centre, OX14 3DB, is located off the A415 east of Abingdon and within easy access to A34 and M40. There is ample free parking available on a first-come first-served basis.
Note: Depending on where your final destination is on site, OX14 3ED;
OX14 3GY and OX14 3EB are also relevant.
